Fashion Insider’s journalist, Laura Matassa, checks out the latest in caviar dreams:

Following the success of Caviar Kaspia’s international expansions in Los Angeles, London, and New York, Kaspia has now opened in the seaside of Bodrum. The iconic Parisian institution, Caviar Kaspia, located at Place de la Madeleine, has unveiled its latest venue at Bodrum, within the prestigious Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort.

Opened at the end of May this year,  marking a significant milestone in the brand’s international development, introducing a fresh culinary experience amidst the shimmering bay of Bodrum.

Under the guidance of the interior design agency Beau Bow, led by legendary designer Alexis Mabille, Caviar Kaspia in Bodrum epitomizes the timeless elegance of a Riviera lifestyle. Drawing inspiration from the summery spirit of yachting, the restaurant embraces the concept of an open-air terrace, reminiscent of a green oasis nestled in the heart of the Turkish coast. “We aimed to play with the inherent codes of the Kaspia brand, paying tribute to the elegance of the French Mediterranean,” says Alexis Mabille, interior architect and founder of Beau Bow.

“We sought to elevate the iconic codes of the brand while celebrating the timeless elegance of the French Mediterranean. We’ve crafted a space suspended above the water, imparting the sensation of floating on the sea, capturing the intoxicating essence of the lavish coastal villas of the 1950s-70s, as well as the luxurious ease of Mexico’s Careyes island. Our goal was to preserve the whimsy of the seaside, where guests can relish the house’s caviar-topped potato in an enchanting yet understated setting,” continues Alexis Mabille, Artistic Director of Beau Bow.

With the opening of Kaspia Bodrum, the brand “Kaspia by the Sea,” offers an ultra-luxurious experience to hotel guests, as well as to all sailors and yacht owners. Within the restaurant, every detail has been meticulously orchestrated to create a warm and sophisticated ambiance, catering to both hotel guests and yacht visitors alike. Yacht visitors also have the privilege of enjoying exclusive access to the restaurant via a dedicated pier, allowing them to extend this moment of delight aboard their own vessels.

On the menu? Expect to indulge in the house’s signature delights such as caviar-topped potato, traditional Norwegian smoked salmon, and royal crab salad.
